Superb week in Dubai

The location - it is perfect as the Dubai parks are so close and You can visit unlimited (if You get the package with the hotel) amount with Your family. I like the greenery and infrastructure around the hotel area, which is nice if You like to go for a jog. At the hotel territory there are many nice areas - lazy river pool area, grand deck in the main building etc. Staff of the hotel are very, very nice and always very helpful! Great job overall!

Sometimes overdoing it with the cleaning service - if You have the sign on the door for a few days that You do not need cleaning, then I think it is not necessary to call the room @ 9 pm to check if we still do…. The pedestrian road made of rubber-like material should be fixed around the hotel (in the back & side against the park) - it was broken already 2 years ago and now it has only gotten worse - just clean off from the old rubber material and replace with contemporary pavement materials - it does not look nice when You go for a walk or jog.

Amazing all throughout. Three great nights of family fun.

Everything. Location, staff, food, facilities, the place itself looks amazing.

Cleanliness of the bathrooms could be more thorough. Also, the bathrooms need maintenance. Especially the shower cabins which require better insulation as all the water from the shower just goes all over the floor. The sink as well, the design of the water mixer needs to change. The mixer is too short and when you wash your hands a lot of the water just goes on the countertop.

Size of the rooms, breakfast, cleanliness.

We have to wait for 30 minutes in queue for the check in then waiting another 30 minutes to deliver our luggage to the room. During check out I called to pickup our luggage and given the card to the Vale to bring the car and load the luggage and called to pick us from the rooms to the reception but unfortunately I have to wait for 45 minutes after 4 calls to send us the goalf car when I reached I found the car Is running and the luggage still not loaded.

Great service and location, needs some attention to tiny details

The beds are amazing. I have a backache which I didn't feel for 2 nights. I also slept a full nine hours each night. Great view of the river and very quiet room. Enormous bath tub. The only thing I missed was a shower. The Resort has plenty of pool space, very safe, and Resort staff are extremely helpful. The guy at the reception Umesh was very knowledge about the Resort. He answered every question, showed us on the map etc... The Resort is very clean. We were in Building 5, which is close to Ari restaurant so we didn't even have to walk to far for pool and for dinner. Ari Restaurant is very nice, great pizza, authentic, also a lovely Kahuna Platter. Prices a bit on the high side.

1. Breakfast was most based on carbs and veg. Only chicken sausage and turkey bacon, and some chicken and turkey ham. No beef sausage and beef bacon. No beef/chicken with the stir fry in the Asian section. 2. Buggies to the resorts: first night we went to Real Madrid Resort and were told by driver to get the buggy from same place we were dropped. He said they pass every 10 minutes. At 9pm we went out to get picked up by a buggy and after 20 minutes had to call hotel reception because no buggy came and driver had told us last buggy at 10pm. Problem is the Motion Gate and Legoland are more popular so buggies go to pick up from there only abd they forget people at Real Madrid Resort. The hotel should be mindful of this. All buggies should should pass by all the designated resorts. By the way, we were waiting in 38°C weather and humidity. We were soaked.

It was a good stay, good hotel...but theres always room for improvement

Its clean and spacious property in general. Nearby parks too.

The bed is way too high for fam with small kids. Plus the blanket makes this papery sound (we didnt like it) everytime you move. Pool was good but would've been better if there was an actual deep part in it.

Lapita offered a pristine room and great dining, but check-in guidance was lacking.

The room was exceptionally pristine and well-organized, offering a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner buffet selections were not only top-notch but also catered to the entire family, with a delightful range of options that children would undoubtedly enjoy.

Upon check-in, we were directed to the elevators leading to Level 0, but from that point on, we felt a bit lost. We struggled to locate our cluster and had difficulty finding our way. It would have been a more welcoming experience if a staff member had escorted us to our room, providing us with a brief orientation to the hotel's layout. This small touch would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

A good accomodation with good services. Theme parks were awesome. Good breakfasts. Wi-fi is average.

On the evening of July 16th, my son and I were swimming in the pool. After a while, I noticed that a hotel employee (he saw us swimming in the pool) was adding something to the water in the pool we were swimming in. I asked what it was, and that employee told me that it was chlorine. I demanded that he stopped since we were in the water. This "smart" employee, as if nothing had happened, continued adding chlorine to the water in the pool. We left the pool, and I expressed my complaints to the manager regarding the actions of their employee, since chlorine is toxic to humans, and it is unacceptable to chlorinate the pool while people are swimming in it. I have not yet been informed of the outcome of my complaint.
